Returns wants you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from us, we are committed to your satisfaction. For return of damaged items, see Damaged Goods section below. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly provide you with a refund under the following conditions:

All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing or directly in the Orders section of Kelli.Shop

You will be given an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) which you will need to submit with your returned item.

PLEASE NOTE: Any item returned without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender.

Prior to returning any merchandise please provide:

  • Your original order number
  • The name used to purchase the item
  • The product that you are returning
  • Item must be returned within 7 days of the receipt date
  • Returns must be in original condition with all original packaging. If the item cannot be sold “AS NEW”, then the item is considered used and may not be eligible to be returned. At our discretion, any item returned that is not in its original packaging and in as-new condition may be subject to additional charges up to 50% of the value of the item
  • Return shipping is your responsibility, so we advise that you use a service that has tracking capabilities
  • Oversized items may not be returned
  • Custom orders and made to order items are not returnable. If you are unsure if the item is returnable, please email before placing your order
  • Hardwired lighting fixtures that have been installed already are not refundable as they cannot be re-sold

Re-Stocking Fees:

The actual cost of initial shipping will be deducted from the refund total plus 20% re-stocking fee of the purchase price will be applied on all returns.

***Please note that although we offer free shipping on some orders that doesn’t mean there wasn’t a cost to ship the item to you. The re-stocking fee is the original shipping cost, plus 20% of the purchase price. Return shipping is to be pre-paid by you. We do not accept returns that are shipped C.O.D. or on our account.

Upon authorization, we will convey instructions to you on where to send the return items.


Since many of our lighting is made for the european market, some items may not have UL, cUL or ETL Listing. Please check with your electrician prior to making a purchase. We ensure that all lighting sold on Kelli Shop are functional on a 110 Volt grid.

Damaged Goods:

Outside Damage to Package Only:

If you receive a package with obvious damage to the outside of the box or packaging but believe the item inside is intact, please make written note of this with the courier when signing for your package. If no mention is made of external damage, we cannot be responsible for any product damage and will not accept a return or issue a refund.

Damaged Returns:

We endeavor to ensure your package arrives to you safe and intact. Occasionally however, you may receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, in such cases we will make every effort to obtain your replacement as quickly as possible, at no cost to you. In order to satisfy our insurer, damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Damage to Package and Contents:

If a package appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the item. It will then be returned to the place of origin. Please notify us immediately if this occurs and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Damage to Contents Only:

If your intact package is found to hold damaged contents, DO NOT throw away the original packaging. Please contact us immediately and follow the steps below.

For the return of any damaged products please follow these instructions:

  1. Take photos of damages to items as well as any damages to packaging.
  2. Contact us at or directly on our Orders section of Kelli.Shop and you will be given an RMA number ( return merchandise authorization) which you will need to submit with your returned item. Please provide the following:
    1. Your original order number.
    2. Your name and/or the name used to purchase the item.
    3. The product you are returning (with photos).
    4. Add any comments you may have in the textbox
  3. Arrangements will be made for replacement of your damaged item at no cost to you.
  4. We will instruct you on how to return the damaged product for replacement or refund.
  5. Refunds will only be issued once the original package is received back in our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE: Original product lead times may apply on the replacement product. reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear.
